CoreFX Launch Trainer
The CoreFX Launch Trainer is a specially engineered piece of training equipment that will help increase speed and explosiveness throughout the entire body.
It's an effective fitness tool designed for sports conditioning, personal training, boot camp drills and overspeed training.
Overspeed training is commonly viewed as the act of running against a resisting force. With regular use of this technique your body and CNS (central nervous system) will learn to recruit extra muscle fibres that will help you run more powerfully, even when running on a flat surface. The end result, faster feet and arms.
The Launch Trainer is also a very effective training tool for improving your side to side lateral movements and can be used for jump training as it will help stimulate the muscles required for explosive jumps and quick adaptation to speed changes.
The CoreFX Launch Trainer includes two belts and one 4-Foot long piece of resistance tubing to connect each belt, giving two athletes the option to train simultaneously using each other's opposing resistance. Or it can be used by coaches in a 1 on 1 training session, where the athlete wears one belt and the coach wears the other.
