Northern Lights CrossBoxes are configurable and infinitely expandable with the ability to put pull-up bars at different heights, customizable widths with 43" & 70" XBar components, customizable depths with 24", 43" & 70" XBar components, customizable heights with 90", 108", or 144" uprights, and choose from a group of accessories to make your CrossBox uses endless.

A common configuration would be to setup your Custom CrossBox in the center of the gym with alternating 4 foot and 6 foot upright spacing for alternating squat racks and pull-up bars as far as your space will permit.

Start small and add to your CrossBox, the CrossBox can be expanded to accommodate the space you have available, configure the CrossBox for rings and different chin-up bars. (see pic 3 and 4 below)

Where space is an issue, or you want a more permanent setup, the CrossBox can be setup without the rear legs by lagging the 43" or 70" XBar components to a wall, or choose an Crossbox configuration with a 30" depth. (see pic 1 and 2 below)

Additional accessories like, Safety Spotter Arms and Multiple Pull-Up Bars, can be added so that everything you need for a workout is provided.

Northern Lights CrossBoxes are made in Canada from 2” X 3” 11 Gauge powder coated steel with 5/8” Bolts and Fasteners. All of the uprights have the following Hole Pattern:

1 inch spacing through the bench and clean pull zone

2 inches everywhere else from the floor to the pull-up bars.
