The wheels allow you to easily move the unit without sacrificing the footprint of the bench. The attachment is constructed of heavy gauge steel and features a charcoal grey powder coat finish. The Leg Hold down attachment is the perfect addtion to the Northern Lights Flat / Incline / Decline Bench. It sports 7 variable height levels and 2 lower foam pad levels. Because it attaches directly to the bench, you save space and add even more functionality to your bench.
