The NordicTrack RW500 Rower also features two different types of resistance; digital SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance for a smooth, quiet workout, which is automatically controlled by your trainer, and air resistance to add even more intensity. In total, it provides you with 26 awesome levels of resistance to choose from and 30 Pre-set workouts. 

The RW500 Rower from NordicTrack also includes Quick-Adjust Pedals that allow you to easily slip your feet in and out during your high-speed, cross-training workouts, Ergonomic, Molded Seat, Soft-touch Handles and for easy storage, the patented SpaceSaver® design.
