Achieve all of your strength-training goals with a combination of fixed-path and functional training exercises that includes numerous types of lifts, rows, presses and curls to build muscle, strength and balance.

Improve balance, stability, and coordination Functional Training, provided via the high-low pulley tower, engages multiple muscle groups and joints, teaching them all to work together and work equally. Stabilizers and core muscles are recruited to build true overall strength.

Selectorized weight stack
Personalize the amount of weight resistance you want to match your exact fitness needs for each specific exercise.

Comfortable seating adjustments
Seat and seat back are easily adjusted and locked in place to personalize the position and the support you want.

Optional leg press station
Features floating footplate to assure correct plane of resistance for thighs, hamstrings, gluts, calves, and ankles.

Standard accessories
Aluminum short bar and wide lat bar with center cable attachment point, ab/tri strap, ankle strap, and instructional wall chart to guide users through a complete range of exercises.

Heavy weight stack
Optional heavy weight stack increases total weight stack to 200 pounds.
