The EZ-UpTM Inversion Rack installs in a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door. (Note: The Rack must be installed in a solid wood doorframe constructed according to national building code standards).

The Rack takes up no floor space, which is ideal for cramped living quarters. The EZ-UpTM Inversion System comes with an instructional DVD and an 88-page medical research book on inversion written for "nonmedical" people. (The Rack purchased separately includes the DVD only.)
