The Northern Lights Rack system is quickly becoming the centrepiece among an increasing number of home fitness aficionados. Reference numbers for setting bar-height adjustments, as well as safety catches, are laser-cut directly into the steel frame. These remain permanently visible, unlike commonly used adhesive stickers that can slip, fall off or become scratched and unclear, even after minimal use.

The bar catch adjustments are easily set with a spring-loaded pop pin, rather than removable pins or less-efficient rods which can be misplaced. Even the safety catches are generously built, with thick, durable rubber padding to protect the painted frame.
