Shipping policy


In-Store Pickup Orders

Online orders are available for pickup at the Ottawa store without incurring any shipping charges. Once the order is placed, your order will begin the process towards completion and you will be e-mailed the needed paperwork for pickup once the order is ready. For your protection, funds are not processed until items are picked up at the store. You will be asked to finalize payment at time of pickup. Once order is ready items will be held for 7 days only.


Oversized Items

Items over 150lbs (68kg) will be shipped via common freight carrier. Please note: all deliveries are curb-side only and we do require that the carrier call and make an appointment for delivery. Someone must be home to accept and sign for the product.

Oversized items ship on a weekly basis please allow 7-10 business days for arrival.


Rural Areas

Orders shipping to rural areas may be subject to additional shipping charges, which varies depending on size and weight of the product(s) being shipped. Should this be the case for your order, a sales associate will contact you to make specific delivery arrangements and discuss total shipping costs.

Rural areas may include: NWT, Northern Quebec, Northern Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Please note: Fitness Depot cannot ship items to Nunavut. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Flat Fee Shipping

Items marked Flat Fee, $100 shipping is applicable to all deliveries within 30KM of the Fitness Depot Ottawa store. 



All online orders involve drop-off only and do not include assembly. If you would like to arrange set-up options, please call 613-247-8888 or add a note to your online order and an associate will contact you to make these arrangements.
